1. Parties and scope
The platform operator: EMPIRE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS S.R.L., CUI 47484918, Trade Reg. No. J23/346/2023, EUID ROONRC.J23/346/2023, registered office: Str. Iasomiei, Dumbrăveni, județul Ilfov, e-mail contact@empireterra.ro, phone +40 791 367 473 („Empire Terra”, „we”).
These Terms govern the use of empireterra.ro and its services: browsing property listings, creating an account, publishing listings and purchasing listing packages and add-ons.
2. User account
- Accounts must use accurate details; users are responsible for keeping their password confidential.
- Users may be visitors, private owners, agents, agencies or developers.
- We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
3. Publishing listings
- You warrant that you are entitled to offer the property and that all information (price, areas, documents, photos) is true and current.
- Fake, duplicate or discriminatory listings, or listings infringing copyright, are forbidden.
- Listings are moderated; we may reject, lightly format or remove non-compliant listings and will inform you.
- By publishing you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display the content on the platform and in promotional material while the listing is live.
4. Packages, prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR on the Pricing page. Payment is processed online by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay); we never store card data. See the Payment terms. EMPIRE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS S.R.L. is not VAT registered (VAT 0%) and the prices shown are final. Invoices are issued electronically and sent by email. See the Package policy and the Refund policy.
5. Role of the platform
Empire Terra shows its own (exclusive) listings and listings published by users. For user listings we are not a party to the transaction and do not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information. Calculator results and instant valuations are indicative only.
6. Intellectual property
The platform’s design, code, logos and texts belong to the operator or its partners (including the developer empirex.tech) and may not be copied without written consent.
7. Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the value of services paid in the last 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Personal data
Processing is described in the Privacy policy; cookies in the Cookie policy.
9. Disputes
Romanian law applies. Consumers may contact ANPC, use ADR (SAL) or, for cross-border disputes, ECC Romania. Failing an amicable solution, Romanian courts have jurisdiction.
10. Demo content
Besides listings published by users, the platform may show listings tagged DEMO and sample articles, which are not real offers. See the Demo content disclaimer.
11. Reporting illegal content
Illegal or non compliant content is reported through the procedure on the Report content (DSA) page, which also lists the single point of contact and appeal options.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; the version in force is the one published here with its last-updated date. We will email you about material changes affecting paid packages.
