Information under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act (DSA), for the Empire Terra listings platform.
1. Single point of contact
For authorities (Art. 11 DSA) and users (Art. 12 DSA): contact@empireterra.ro, phone +40 791 367 473, Str. Iasomiei, Dumbrăveni, județul Ilfov. We communicate in Romanian and English. No legal representative is designated, as the operator is established in Romania. The Digital Services Coordinator in Romania is ANCOM.
2. Reporting illegal content (notice and action)
Anyone can report a listing, photo or message they believe is illegal or breaches the Listing rules. A complete notice includes (Art. 16 DSA):
- the reasons why you consider the content illegal;
- the exact URL or listing code;
- your name and email, except for reports about child sexual abuse;
- a statement that the information is accurate and complete, made in good faith.
3. What happens next
- We confirm receipt by email and review the notice diligently, objectively and without undue delay, usually within 48 hours.
- We may remove the content, restrict its visibility, suspend the listing or account, or decide that no action is needed.
- We tell you about the decision and the available redress options.
4. Statement of reasons (Art. 17 DSA)
Users whose content is restricted receive a clear statement of reasons: the measure, the facts, the legal or contractual ground and whether the decision was automated.
5. Appeals
You can appeal any decision free of charge within 6 months by replying to the notification email or writing to contact@empireterra.ro. Appeals are reviewed by a person, not only by automated means. You may also use a certified out of court dispute settlement body (Art. 21 DSA) or the courts.
6. Measures against misuse
After a warning, we may temporarily suspend accounts that frequently post manifestly illegal content or frequently submit manifestly unfounded notices (Art. 23 DSA).
7. Traceability of traders
Agencies, developers and agents publishing as professionals provide their name, address, phone, email, identification document and company number, on request, and we make reasonable efforts to check these details (Art. 30 DSA). Accounts that do not provide the requested details may be suspended.
8. Advertising and recommendations
Promoted listings are clearly labelled. Results are sorted by publication date by default; you can change the order from the sort menu. We do not profile based on special categories of data and do not show profiling based ads to minors.
9. Transparency report
We will publish the number of notices, measures and appeals every year, starting with the first full year of operation.
