1. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Under Romanian GEO 34/2014, consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving a reason.
2. Exception for services already started
Listing packages are digital services delivered right after payment. At checkout we ask for your express consent to start immediately and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. If you withdraw before full performance we refund pro rata for the unused period.
3. Add-ons
- Top boosts already started are not refunded for days consumed.
- Photo shoots and 3D tours can be cancelled free of charge at least 48 hours before the appointment.
4. How to request a refund
Email contact@empireterra.ro with your order number or use the form below. Refunds are made within 14 days using the original payment method (card, via Stripe).
