Is the first plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan needs no card and never expires. You get 2 active listings, each live for 60 days, which you can renew anytime.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay, via Stripe. Card data is processed solely by Stripe and never reaches our servers.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Once payment is confirmed you receive an email confirmation, and the tax invoice, for individuals or companies, is issued by EMPIRE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS S.R.L. (not VAT registered) and sent by email. Your order history is in your account under Orders.
How much do I save paying yearly?
You pay 10 months and get 12, so 2 months free (about 17% off).
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades apply right after payment; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, after which you can pick a smaller plan. No long-term contract.
What are boost credits?
One credit moves a listing to the top of results and the homepage for 7 days. Credits renew monthly and do not roll over. Tell us from your account or at contact@empireterra.ro which listing to boost and our team applies it within one working day.
Can I get a refund?
You have a 14 day right of withdrawal. If you asked for the service to start immediately, the amount is prorated to the remaining period. Details in the refund policy.
What happens to listings when a plan ends?
Your account returns to the Free plan. Listings above the limit are paused, not deleted, and come back when you renew.
