1. What packages are
Listing packages (Free, Start, Pro, Agency) provide, for the paid period, a number of active listings, Top boosts, photos per listing and extra features, as shown on Pricing. Add-ons (boosts, photo shoot, 3D tour) are purchased separately.
2. Term and renewal
- Monthly plans renew automatically every 30 days; yearly plans every 12 months, until cancelled.
- The price and period are shown before payment, and every charge is confirmed by email.
- You can cancel renewal anytime from dashboard - Package - "Manage subscription" (the Stripe portal) or by writing to contact@empireterra.ro; access remains until the end of the paid period.
3. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades apply immediately after the new package is paid, and the previous subscription is stopped automatically with no further charges. To have the unused period of the previous package compensated, write to contact@empireterra.ro. To downgrade, cancel the current subscription and choose the smaller package after the paid period ends; listings above the new limit may be deactivated (not deleted).
4. Payment and invoicing
Payment is processed online by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay where available). The tax invoice is issued by EMPIRE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS S.R.L. and sent by email, and your order history is available in dashboard - Orders. Prices shown are final. VAT status: Not VAT registered (VAT 0%).
5. Failed payment
If a renewal cannot be charged we notify you by email and Stripe retries automatically. If payment does not succeed, after the paid period ends plus a 3-day grace period the package reverts to Free.
6. Moderation
Paying for a package does not guarantee approval of a listing that breaches the Terms. Boosts unused because of a rejection can be moved to another listing.
