- Accurate location; the map may show an approximate area for privacy.
3. Photos
- Real, recent photos of the property, without watermarks from other platforms.
- No identifiable people, number plates or visible personal data.
- The first photo must show the property, not a logo or a sketch.
- The maximum number of photos depends on the plan.
4. Prohibited content
- Fake listings, bait prices, non existent or already sold properties.
- Discriminatory or offensive content, or content infringing copyright.
- Links to other platforms or requests for deposits before a viewing.
5. Review and duration
- Listings are usually reviewed the same working day and may be rejected or edited for compliance.
- The number of active listings depends on the plan. Deactivated listings can be republished from your account, within the plan limit.
- Repeated breaches may lead to account suspension, without refund of the remaining period.
6. Reporting
Any visitor can report a suspicious listing using the reporting form or the contact link on the listing page. We review reports within 48 hours.
