Empire Terra is a new platform. Besides listings published by users, part of the content is shown for demonstration and is labelled as such.
1. What demo content means
- DEMO listings. Listings tagged DEMO are examples created to show the platform features. Prices, areas, addresses, agents and photos do not match real properties available for sale or rent.
- Articles and guides. Blog articles are general information. Market figures, sample calculations and case studies are illustrative and are not legal, tax or financial advice.
- Photos. Images mainly come from Unsplash under the Unsplash licence and illustrate property types, not the listed homes.
- Statistics and reviews. Counters, price averages and ratings computed from DEMO listings are indicative.
2. What not to do
Do not make buying, renting, investment or lending decisions based on DEMO listings and do not pay deposits for them. Empire Terra never asks for payment for viewings.
3. What is real
Accounts, listing publishing, moderation, contact forms, GDPR requests and content reports work and reach our team. Paid listing packages are activated only after you expressly confirm an order and Stripe confirms the payment.
4. How to spot a real listing
Real listings carry no DEMO tag, have a unique code and the contact details of whoever published them, and are reviewed under the Listing rules.
