1. Parties and scope

The empireterra.ro platform (the “Platform”) is operated by EMPIRE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS S.R.L. (the “Operator”, “we”), identified below. These terms govern the use of the Platform by visitors, account holders, owners and agencies (“Users”). By using the Platform you accept these terms.

2. Services

The Platform lets you browse property listings, create an account, save favourites and searches, send offer requests and publish listings under a free plan or a paid subscription. Every listing published on the Platform is reviewed by our editorial and technical team before going live.

3. User account

• Provide accurate details and confirm your email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity in your account.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Profile section.

4. Publishing listings

• Only publish properties you are entitled to offer (owner, authorised representative or mandated agency).
• Information (price, area, legal status, photos) must be accurate, current and not misleading.
• Every listing is reviewed before publication; we may reject, edit or remove non-compliant listings and will tell you why.
• Illegal or discriminatory content, third-party personal data without consent and copyright-infringing material are prohibited.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on the Plans page. Renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Subscription & refund policy.

6. Role of the Platform

The Platform puts parties in touch. Sale or rental contracts are concluded directly between the parties or through an agent under a separate brokerage agreement. We do not guarantee that transactions will be completed and are not liable for information supplied by users in listings.

7. Intellectual property

The Empire Terra and EmpireX brands, design, code and editorial content belong to the Operator or its partners. By uploading photos and texts you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, for the duration of the listing, to display them on the Platform and in the listing’s promotion.

8. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform running, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.

9. Consumer protection and disputes

Complaints can be sent to contact@empireterra.ro; we reply within 30 days. Consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) and use the alternative dispute resolution (SAL) platform at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent Romanian courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page and material changes are emailed to account holders.
